[FIRST NAME GOES HERE], what are the odds?

After spending the last 38 minutes and 27 seconds scrolling through social media whilst simultaneously making a presentation slide.

I convinced myself to send this email to you

I have nothing to write to you about today

I was hoping sitting down on my cushion with my legs crossed on my centre table would give me a surge of creativity.

Anyway,

I’ve grown to love the word “Commit”

It makes me think of minute-long Instagram reels with captions and tweets that contain the words “here’s how” to do this and that.

Everyone is talking about the same shit over and over.

  • 9-5 is evil
  • University is a scam…

blah blah blah

It’s no secret that you can go to YouTube or spend some money on courses to learn just about anything (and I mean anything)

The abundance of information has made it incredibly easy to learn many things while also making it more difficult.

There are simply too many options.

If you don’t have the commitment to stay locked in on one thing, you’ll jump from one thing to another till eternity.

Just like a bird hopping from branch to branch and never building its own nest.

Take for instance

  • If you don't commit to mastering a skill, you will continuously explore new skills without truly learning any.
  • If you don't commit to staying loyal to your partner, you’ll die a cheat.

Everything is so simple when you just learn to stay committed to it.

I’ve grown to believe that you cannot develop into the highest version of yourself until you learn to commit to something and stick to mastering it.

Reader you need to develop this mindset for your diet too

Embracing a responsible diet is a powerful way to demonstrate commitment to your well-being.

It empowers you to nurture your body and reach your highest potential.

Man, I don't want to sound like some university professor out here.

But hey,

I’m sending out my ebook exclusively for people on this email list

Especially you Reader, as you’re always on my mind.

Reply to this email with ‘ebook’ and I’ll send it to you.

Have got to go now,

Oh, guess what?

I’ve been looking forward to the AJ & Ngannou fight tonight.

It’s almost game time and I’m gassedddddd

See you there.

Your baby boy

Joseph.
